At Home with the Chef

Before the scheduled shoot, subject of my previous post, Chef Anton prepared dinner at his place in one of the villages in Sta. Rosa, Laguna.

He cooked two dishes which were both very flavorful and yummy! I found his preparation for the Rosemary Lamb with Mint Jelly very entertaining! It was the flambee that made the show, well, at least for me who doesn’t witness everyday!

Destination: Canlubang Golf & Country Club

Last May 27, my good friend Chef Anton Abad, the present Executive Chef of Canlubang Golf & Country Club in Laguna, invited me to take some photos of the Clubhouse which he will use for the cover of their new Menu.

I obliged not only because he is a friend but also because it was my pleasure to take a photo for the Menu of a championship course, the largest in the Philippines and considered as one of the most challenging courses in Asia. See related articles here (1) (2).
